We are partnered with a global, heavy industrial manufacturer located 20 minutes from Maryville, IL seeking a Maintenance Manager. Our client is seeking a skilled maintenance leader with a background in, Industrial Manufacturing and who is targeting a role with true growth potential. Our client offers a competitive base salary, bonus, benefits, and PTO plan. This is a first shift position and is open for relocation, for someone looking to move to the Maryville, IL area.
Responsibilities:
· Manage a team of (5-6) supervisors & in-directly manage (40-50 technicians) on day to day maintenance and specialized projects as necessary.
· Work with management staff to develop training and development programs for hourly level employees.
· Manage internal CMMS system to ensure all maintenance activities are logged properly by reporting staff.
· Train new employees as necessary.
Qualifications:
· 5 ( ) years of maintenance leadership background. Preferably in an industrial manufacturing setting.
· Previous hands on, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance experience.
· Background in training and developing teams.
Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
