We are seeking experienced Epic Certified Implementation Build Analysts to support the new deployment of Epic modules across Revenue Cycle, Inpatient, Ambulatory, Patient Access, Ancillary/Specialty, Business Intelligence and other domains. This long-term contract role is ideal for professionals with deep Epic Implementation expertise and a proven track record of successful Epic implementations.
There are no Principle Trainers/Instructional Designers needed. No Credentialed Trainers or at-the-Elbow Trainers needed. No Training Needs Available.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and workflow build of Epic modules:
- Revenue Cycle (Resolute Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, Claims, Contracts, Payer Platform, Tapestry, HIM)
- Inpatient (ClinDoc, Orders, Stork, ASAP, OpTime/Anesthesia)
- Ambulatory (EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart)
- Patient Access (Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, RTE)
- Ancillary/Specialty (Beacon, Beaker, Cupid, Radiant, Willow, Research, Dorothy)
- Business Intelligence (Clarity, Caboodle, Cogito, Radar, Slicer/Dicer, Reporting Workbench, Cosmos)
- Other (Haiku, Canto, Rover, Healthy Planet, Bridges, Security)
- Collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflows
- Perform system build, testing, validation, and documentation in accordance with Epic standards
- Participate in workflow design sessions, gap analyses, and readiness assessments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation phases
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data governance,and Epic best practices
- Epic Certification in one or more modules
- Minimum 3 years of Epic new install implementation experience
- Must have participated in at least 2 full-cycle Epic implementations
- Strong MST workflow build skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in a remote environment and supporting EST time zone
- Multiple Epic certifications across Revenue Cycle, Inpatient, Ambulatory, Patient Access, Ancillary/Specialty, BI and Other domains
- Experience with large-scale new install Epic implementations or upgrades
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
- Project management or change management experience
- Competitive W2 hourly rate
- Long-term engagement (16 Months)
