Division 1 Roofing & Repair is looking for a Roofing Sales Specialist who can earn homeowners’ trust by listening first and giving honest answers.
Homeowners in our area hear from roofers all the time. We want to be the company that takes the time to understand their concerns, explains what we find, and recommends a repair or replacement only when it makes sense.
What you will do:
● Generate leads through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and follow-up.
●Meet with homeowners and learn what’s happening with their roof.
● Coordinate inspections and explain findings in clear, everyday language.
● Present appropriate repair and replacement options.
● Keep accurate notes and follow through with customers from the first conversation to the completed job.
What we are looking for:
● Strong communication and follow-through.
● Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person and canvassing neighborhoods.
● The ability to build trust without high-pressure tactics.
● A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
● Roofing or exterior sales experience is helpful, but character and willingness to learn matter.
Division 1 Roofing & Repair is a veteran-owned company serving the Austin area. We’re building a team that homeowners will feel good about calling again and recommending to their neighbors.
Compensation: commission earned on each sale, no annual cap, expected annual income, $30k-100k.
Location: Field-based in the Austin area
