What You'll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion.
- Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Perform on-site roof inspections and in-home consultations.
- Learn and execute both storm restoration and retail sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Who We Want:
- Self-disciplined, coachable, and accountable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
- All experience levels welcome — sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, windows, home security, etc.) and familiarity with CRM software are a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
