Flexible Employment Options
We understand that every clinician’s schedule and preferences are different. This role offers flexible arrangements to fit your needs, including:
- Full-time schedule
- Part-time schedule with 25% in person per month
- Tag-teaming setup — remote BCBA provides most clinical oversight while a Maryland-based BCBA covers the in-person portion once a month
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Role Overview
As a BCBA at Divine Steps Therapy, you will be a key member of our management team, responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related behavioral and social/communication challenges.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of the treatment plan.
- Develops individualized goals and objectives for in-home programs and designs treatment plans based on functional assessment data.
- Ongoing program oversight and weekly on-site/remote supervision of RBTs.
- Complete all necessary documentation.
- Provide quality parent training on a monthly basis
- Ensure billing, notes, and reports are conducted in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills
- BCBA Certification and Licensed by the Board of Medicine in the State of MD, or willing to procure license prior to employment
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, NET, and other ABA strategies.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to supervise RBT's
- Positive and supportive personality
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co- workers, supervisors, and community members
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws
- Ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to the required standard
Required Qualifications
- BCBA Certification
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis
- Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, FBA
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB, Parent Training, Goal Setting, Program Monitoring, Data Analysis, Treatment Writing, Session Notes
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary with bonus structure ($110,000 - $130,000 per year)
- Or hourly rate with no minimum or maximum requirement ($115 per hour)
