- Full-Time: $100,000/year bonus
- Part-Time: $110/hour

- Create individualized ABA programs and goals
- Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person)
- Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
- Provide monthly parent training
- Complete billing, notes, and reports on time
- Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
- Active BCBA certification
- Maryland LBA required (or willing to obtain before start)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible schedule
- Full-time and part-time available
