As a BCBA at StarBright ABA, you play a key role in delivering high-quality, medically necessary ABA services while helping shape meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead with Clinical Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously refine individualized treatment plans grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Stay Ethical, Always: Uphold and actively maintain adherence to the BACB Ethics Code, ensuring all clinical decisions and interactions reflect the highest standards of professional integrity.
- Make Data Your Superpower: Analyze data to guide decision-making, monitor progress, and ensure treatment remains effective, efficient, and meaningful.
- Supervise & Support: Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation of treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Purpose: Partner with families and caregivers through training and guidance, empowering them to support skill development and generalization across environments.
- Think Clinically, Act Individually: Ensure all treatment is medically necessary, individualized, and aligned with each learner’s unique needs and goals.
- Communicate with Clarity: Maintain timely, accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families, team members, and funding sources.

Salary : $76,500 - $90,000
