The purpose of the Executive Assistant is to support the President, VP of Business Operations, Head of School, and Head of ECE in their roles to better serve our ministry across all campuses.

Duties
This list is intended only to illustrate the various types of work that may be performed. As a practical definition, the Executive Administrative Assistant:
Supports leadership team (President, VP of Business Operations, Head of School, Head of ECE, and Campus Administrators).
Maintains confidentiality of all leadership team discussions and sensitive information.
Creates and maintains filing system(s).
Completes data entry and data reconciliation for various programs.
Composes emails and documents on behalf of the leadership team as assigned.
Supports leadership team with phone calls, travel arrangements, etc.
Coordinates arrangements for conferences and other events ( i.e., registration, travel, hotel, logistics, etc.).
Reviews calendars regularly to help predict needs of the leadership team in coming weeks.
Conducts research for the leadership team as requested.
Composes a variety of materials such as master schedules, letters, memorandums, requisitions, lists, bulletins, reports and statistical data.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience in an administrative support role, preferably at the executive level
Fluent in the use of MS Office applications
Excellent proofreading and writing skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Ability to prioritize well and to work efficiently under pressure
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
Skill in managing a complex calendar
