Job Description: Come join our team of dedicated care givers. Overlooking beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye, Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility. The Registered Nurse/MDS Coordinator plans, organizes, and is responsible for the MDS/RAI process.
- Part-time day shift
- Must work every 4th weekend/holiday day shift Charge Nurse
Licensed Nurse Retention Bonus: $5000.00 Full-time $1000.00 Part-time

Required Skills:
- Current RN license with MN State Board of Nursing.
- Prefer previous experience in long-term care with a working knowledge of the RAI process
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Must have good people skills, ability to work cooperatively with staff, families, residents, and administration for the benefit of the resident.
