Southview Acres is recruiting for RN Building Charge Nurse position for day shift every other weekend.

The RN Building Charge Nurse duties include but are not limited to:
• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs and LPNs
• Medication administration • Wound and treatment care
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.
