What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support nursing staff on your shift
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies
- Coordinate admissions, discharges, and overall resident care flow
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Transcribe and verify physician orders accurately
- Communicate with physicians, residents, and family members
- Lead and participate in care planning and care conferences
- Complete and follow up on incident/accident reports
- Mentor staff and promote a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin
- Previous leadership or Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
