  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with office policies and HIPAA regulations
  • Check clients in and out for appointments
  • Collect and process payments, insurance information, and required documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies
  • Assist counselors and administrative staff with clerical duties
  • Manage office calendars and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and professional
  • Handle sensitive situations with discretion and compassion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
