What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Divine Healthcare Services, Inc.?
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with office policies and HIPAA regulations
- Check clients in and out for appointments
- Collect and process payments, insurance information, and required documentation
- Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies
- Assist counselors and administrative staff with clerical duties
- Manage office calendars and coordinate meeting schedules
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and professional
- Handle sensitive situations with discretion and compassion
