Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Description:Be the on-site person for Lab maintenance and support to ensure the infrastructure is usable remotely by all teamsSet-up of Mac and PC machines in the lab with standardized images and security patchesWork with IT on to always ensure connectivity in the labSet-up/assemble racks of machines/servers and update HW as needed for test and validationWork with the Test and Development teams to purchase test equipment (Switches, phones, Macs, USB cables etc.) and get it shipped to DXCMBuild/maintain and allocate VMs to scale test infrastructure and make it available to teamEnsure that all lab activities comply with safety regulations, protocols, and ethical standards.Collect debug logs and work with IT team as needed to always ensure proper network connectivity in the labInstall automation tools to collect data and monitor stats for the labUse lab management SW to take inventory and track the health of lab devicesCollaborate with other teams to standardize lab management toolsKeep detailed records of inventory purchases to shipped to teamsDocument the lab layout and usage, processes, device info etc. so that it's easily accessible to all test engineersInterview Porcess:Web conference (Zoom/Teams)About us:DivIHN, the 'IT Asset Performance Services' organization, provides Professional Consulting, Custom Projects, and Professional Resource Augmentation services to clients in the Mid-West and beyond.
