Job SummaryThe Bilingual/Multilingual Customer Service Representative delivers exceptional client support through inbound calls, guiding health plan enrollments, and providing precise details on available programs. This position demands excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic remote call center setting.Fluency is required in English plus at least one additional language, such as Haitian Creole, Spanish, Bengali, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Fuzhou, Russian, or other Asian languages (reading, writing, speaking).Location: Fully RemoteWork Schedule:Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ESTWeekends: Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM ESTEssential DutiesAddress customer questions about enrollment processes and service programs.Guide clients through managed care choices and help select appropriate plans.Handle enrollment/disenrollment paperwork with speed and precision.Stay current on relevant policies, guidelines, and updates.Route complex issues to management as required.Enter data accurately and keep records current.Assist with call center coverage, including Saturdays.Foster a collaborative, upbeat team atmosphere.RequirementsEducation: High school diploma/GED required.Experience:2 years in customer service, human services, or call centers preferred.Demonstrated skill handling high-volume, multitasking environments.Core Skills:Outstanding spoken and written communication abilities.Solid computer proficiency and precise typing.Reliable punctuality and professional demeanor.Quick adaptation to new software and processes.Resilient, positive mindset in demanding situations.Equipment Needs (Bring Your Own Device)Windows 10 PC/laptop or MacOS 10.15 .Wired USB headset featuring mic and noise cancellation (no Bluetooth).Broadband: 25 Mbps download (solo), 50 Mbps (household), 5–10 Mbps upload.Hardwired Ethernet required (Wi-Fi hotspots/Chromebooks prohibited).
