Pay Rate: $18.00 $21.00 per hour

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is excited to launch a new female residential facility in Cranberry Townshipand we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and personnel-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to office staff and leadership
- Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination
- Support billing processes and fiscal tracking (preferred experience)
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and communication
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Experience with managed care billing and fiscal management is a plus
- Ability to obtain required clearances:
- Act 33
- Criminal History
- FBI (Act 73)
