The consultant will be responsible for processing and scheduling videoconference requests, supporting daily operations of a multisite videoconferencing network, providing technical support for video conferencing infrastructure, and ensuring reliable communication services.
The Video Support Specialist will be extremely well-rounded in processing and scheduling videoconference requests and managing other issues via telephone and email utilizing Microsoft Office 365, and experience with Polycom RMX, Resource Manager and endpoints.

The consultant will be responsible for processing and scheduling videoconference requests, supporting daily operations of a multisite videoconferencing network, providing technical support for video conferencing infrastructure, and ensuring reliable communication services.
The Video Support Specialist will be extremely well-rounded in processing and scheduling videoconference requests and managing other issues via telephone and email utilizing Microsoft Office 365, and experience with Polycom RMX, Resource Manager and endpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Process and schedule videoconference requests and manage other issues via telephone and email. Last year more than 12,000 conferences were scheduled.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365.
- Assist with day-to-day management of videoconferencing operations for a multisite videoconferencing network.
- Use professional written and oral communication.
- Work successfully across multiple teams.
- Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks.
- Support conference room meetings, point-to-point and multipoint (bridge) video teleconferences.
- Provide limited audio/video support for management off-site activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all videoconferencing activities.
- Report operational and technical issues to managers.
- 4-year college degree required.
- 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office 365 required.
- Professional written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to work successfully across multiple teams required.
- Experience with Polycom and Cisco infrastructure and endpoints highly desired.
- Experience with Polycom RMX, Resource Manager, and endpoints highly desired.
