Job Title: Video Support Specialist
- Location: London, Ohio 100% onsite
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Education: 4-year college degree preferred/required per the skills section.
- Schedule and manage videoconference requests and resolve issues by phone/email.
- Use Microsoft Office 365 for daily support activities.
- Support a multi-site video conferencing network.
- Troubleshoot video endpoints, conference rooms, and fiber/network connectivity.
- Support point-to-point and multipoint/bridge video conferences.
- Provide audio/video support for management meetings and off-site events.
- Work with multiple teams and communicate professionally.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Report technical and operational issues to management.
- Polycom and Cisco video infrastructure/endpoints are highly preferred.
- Polycom RMX and Resource Manager experience would be a major advantage.
