What You’ll Lead
As the onsite owner of daily operations, your responsibilities include:
- Managing all onsite staffing activities and serving as the primary client liaison
- Driving recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning strategies
- Supporting attendance, performance, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Delivering orientations, training, and daily operational communication
- Ensuring full compliance with safety, GMP, and client-specific requirements
- Managing timekeeping, resolving payroll issues, and distributing weekly checks
- Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with client leadership
- Collaborating with the branch to ensure staffing levels and service delivery goals are met
- Representing Diverse Staffing with professionalism, urgency, and accountability
What You Bring
- 2 years of proven experience as an Onsite Manager or Onsite Recruiter in a staffing agency
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in human resources, business, or marketing), or two or more years of progressive recruiting experience in a staffing agency, along with a High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence managing high-volume staffing environments
- The ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain composure under pressure
- Solid understanding of timekeeping, onboarding, and associate relations
- Tech‑savvy with basic computer and reporting skills
- Ability to support operations beyond standard hours when needed
Compensation & Schedule
