What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage all on-site staffing operations in Norcross, Georgia.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and craft tailored staffing solutions.
• Lead a team of staffing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance recruitment processes, ensuring the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics to track team performance, optimize hiring processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor for all staffing-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and client requirements.

Who You Are

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, preferred.
• A seasoned staffing professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong client relationships.
• A strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in managing multiple on-site locations.
• Proficient in the latest staffing technologies and data-driven decision-making.
