B2B Staffing Sales Manager (Client Services Manager)

Diverse Staffing is seeking a driven, results-oriented Client Services Manager to lead territory growth, new business development, and client expansion.

What You’ll Own

As a key contributor, you will take full ownership of your territory and sales pipeline:

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing
• Grow and expand existing client accounts, increasing service penetration
• Conduct in-person client meetings, networking events, and territory planning
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly activity and revenue goals
• Building a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
• Developing long-term partnerships that drive repeat and expanded business

Leadership Scope

• Individual contributor role with full sales ownership
• Collaborates closely with recruiting and operations teams to deliver results

What You Bring

• 2 years of B2B sales experience (staffing or workforce solutions preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong ability to prospect, close, and grow accounts
• Experience using a CRM system to manage pipeline and activity

Compensation

• Base salary up to $90,000
• Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue and client growth
• Strong earning potential based on results

Work Expectations

• Onsite role with daily 8:00 AM branch start
• Regular field travel for client meetings and prospecting
• High level of sales activity including cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
