Job Title: Project Manager

Department: HR Operations 

Location: 55 Water Street, New York, NY 10041

Work Setting: On-site (Jacobi OR 50 Water Street)

Hours: 40 hrs/week | 8 hrs/day | 5 days/week

Work Type: Onsite

The Project Manager will support programs. Under the direction of program leads, the PM manages assigned workstreams, supports project lifecycles, and ensures successful implementation of direct service programs.

• Support all phases of project lifecycles: planning, scope, design, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain templates, tools, and trackers for project measurables and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, deliverable timelines, and escalate risks proactively.
• Assist with planning and delivering trainings, including creation of materials.
• Provide on-site support for implementation and operational oversight.
• Offer policy and operational guidance to improve service delivery.
• Review and approve invoices; provide recommendations for budget planning.
• Maintain accuracy, transparency, and accountability in all work products.
  

• Strong project management experience (3 years required).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging by audience.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing external vendors/contractors (preferred).
• NYC residency preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Workforce planning and job architecture experience for AI/ML functions.
• Ability to design job families, competency frameworks, and career pathways.
• Compensation benchmarking expertise across healthcare/government/tech.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML roles and skills.
• Master’s degree preferred in HR, OD, Data Science, or related field.
• 4 years in workforce strategy/HR consulting/organizational design;
• 2 years supporting AI, data science, or technical teams preferred.
