Positions: Certified Trauma Registrar
Location: Bronx, NY 10461
Work Setup: Remote
Duration: 7 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week | 8-hour days | Monday–Friday
- Review, abstract, code, and enter trauma patient data into the NTRACs system
- Work with EPIC EMR to extract patient information accurately
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with trauma registry standards
- Collaborate with the Trauma Program team to support reporting and process improvement
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of trauma cases according to ACS/COT requirements
- Support remote documentation workflows
- Minimum 2 years working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Experience with:
- EPIC EMR
- NTRACs Trauma Registry
- Trauma data abstraction & coding
- Prior remote trauma registrar experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Required: Certified Trauma Registrar (CTR)
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
