SOCIAL WORKER
PART-TIME (21-28 hours) OR FULL-TIME (35 hours)

Are you passionate about empowering new parents, supporting growing families, and giving every child the best start in life? We are looking for a warm, energetic, dedicated Social Worker to join our Maternal Infant Health Program.
In this role you will partner directly with Medicaid-eligible pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, and infants (up to one-year-old). You won’t just be sitting at a desk – you will be out in the community and doing home-based or hybrid visits, helping families build resilience, navigate resources, and thrive!
What we can do for you:
· We will pay 85% of the cost of health insurance for you and your family.
· We will cover your dental and vision insurance for free.
· We provide a 35-hr work week without nights, weekends, or holidays.
· 15 paid holidays per year!
· Starting wage for LLBSW or LBSW is $27.30/hr. Wage increases to $28.78/hr after successful completion of probationary period.
· Starting wage for LLMSW or LMSW is $28.60/hr. Wage increases to $29.79/hr after successful completion of probationary period.
What you will need to qualify for the role:
· Current social work license to practice
· Valid Michigan’s driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Empathetic, non-judgmental approach to serving the underserved in our communities
