Are you passionate about supporting programs that improve health and well-being for everyone in your community?
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Public Health Secretary to provide excellent service and support of these important programs: Immunizations, Women, Infants, & Children (WIC), Communicable Disease, STI Testing, and more.
What we can do for you:
· We will pay 85% of the cost of health insurance for you and your family.
· We will cover your dental and vision insurance for free.
· We provide a 35-hr work week without nights, weekends, or holidays.
· 15 paid holidays per year!
· Starting wage of $15.97/hr, with an increase to $16.75/hr, after successful completion of probationary period.
What you will need to qualify for the role:
· High School graduate or equivalent.
· Valid Michigan’s driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Empathetic, non-judgmental approach to serving the underserved in our communities
· Computer competency skills required, Electronic Medical Records experience preferred.
