What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the Director of Resident Experience to craft personalized activity plans that cater to each resident's unique interests.
- Organize and promote a wide range of activities, from exciting outings to relaxing in-house events, ensuring every day is full of engagement and fun.
- Coordinate transportation for residents' outings and medical appointments, making sure everyone has access to the experiences they desire.
- Take charge of quarterly events that double as community showcases, helping to spread the word about our incredible community.
- Step in as needed in the dining room, ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience.
- Foster a team-oriented environment where collaboration and positivity flourish.
What We're Looking For:
- A creative and energetic individual with a passion for people and a heart for service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage with residents, staff, and visitors alike.
- A self-starter who can work independently while also thriving as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn just as much!
