We are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at a well-established landscaping company located in Federalsburg, Maryland. As our Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily field operations; working closely with the owner and office staff to ensure every crew, contract, and client is managed with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day field operations including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring completion of all service contracts.
- Oversee all active crews and delegate tasks to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Create and dispatch daily work tickets and review all job tickets and route books for accuracy.
- Implement and perform job costing on all ongoing contracts.
- Monitor and manage daily digital time clock entries for all employees.
- Interface with maintenance clients to resolve service complaints and handle requests for additional services.
- Create and modify bid contracts and track all personnel performance-based raises.
- Work with the office administrator to generate daily and monthly job invoices.
- Verify inventories and assist in fleet management.
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and track repair status.
- Maintain digital filing of all daily forms and supporting documentation.
- Keep track of all business assets.
- Assist the owner with all other duties as assigned.
- Authority to hire and terminate employees.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
