Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant

Join our team at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick as a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish linens, towels, and guest supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure all rooms meet the hotel’s quality standards before guest check-in.
• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests when encountered.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
