Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, addressing any questions or requests
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Massachusetts
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Compensation: $10.00 per hour plus tips, paid bi-weekly
