Spa Receptionist - Madison Beach Hotel

Pay: $18-$19 per hour, depending on experience

Sounds of the Sea Spa is looking for a receptionist with strong customer service and computer skills. Weekend availability is required. Some salon or spa experience a plus.

Primary Function

• This position provides exceptional guest service to guests of Sounds of the Sea Spa while building guest loyalty.
• The Spa Receptionist greets and checks in Spa guests for their services, answer phones and books reservations.
• Actively sell and orient guests, promote and up-sell all aspects of The Madison Beach Hotel to all guests.
• Handle guest concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
  
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Exceptional guest service skills and strong computer skills required.
• Ability to sell and cross sell to enhance the guest experience is required.
• Prior hospitality and customer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility in working schedule which includes weekends.
