For a CPA firm, they really do hold on to their staff well. They've trebled in revenue in the last 8 years, but the top notch tech is a big reason why hours haven't increased.
They're now looking for a Tax Manager and a Tax Preparer. Mix of entities and individuals. These guys have some very complex, interesting HNW clients. The sorts you'd expect to find in the larger firms. Far less red tape and politics here though.
Would suit someone from a smaller firm, looking for growth. Or you might be lost in the shuffle with one of the bigger firms.
