- Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients across diverse industries.
- Research and resolve complex tax issues while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants, fostering professional development and growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to support practice development and operational efficiency.
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred.
- 5 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
