Tax Director – Partner track within 2 years

8 Years Experience in Public Accounting CPA Required

Worried about a firm where you can’t take your book of business with you? For this Partner-track position, it doesn’t matter.

You’ll inherit a loyal, established book of business, so business development won’t be a major focus.

You’ll be working alongside a Partner who has been a fixture in the Georgetown market for over 20 years and is looking to step back in the next few years.

This creates a unique opportunity to join the team as a Director, with a clear path to equity Partnership within three years.

So what does that path look like from day one?

You’ll start by focusing on technical review, signing off returns, and getting to know the complexities of the current client base that is largely HNW Individuals, Family Offices and associated businesses.

Your day to day will also involve managing a experienced team within the firm, they won’t need any handholding but you’ll be there to support in their development and review work.

As you grow more confident, you’ll be introduced to key clients and supported with hands-on mentorship from the existing Partner. You’ll move into a more strategic role, focusing on the bigger picture and helping shape the direction of the firm.
