You don’t usually see this.
A Partner role in Tampa… at a firm where people actually stay.
Not “stay a couple of years then move on”.
They just… stay.
Which either means they’re doing something right.
Or nobody’s brave enough to leave.
(It’s the first one.)
They very rarely hire laterals at this level. So yeah, this is a bit of an odd one.
They’re open to one person. Someone with a book who’s a bit fed up starting again every couple of years.
