This is not a firm constantly hiring because people leave. In fact, most people at the firm have been there for 5-10 years. They are looking for the right person to bring on to help maintain their 45 hour busy seasons.

Someone experienced, dependable, and capable of taking ownership of their work and client relationships.

The Partner has spent decades building the practice and remains heavily involved, but without the micromanagement that often comes with smaller firms. He trusts his people, values quality work, and cares far more about serving clients well than keeping staff in the office late.

What they're looking for:

• Strong experience preparing individual and business tax returns

• Someone comfortable managing their own workload and clients

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• EA or CPA preferred, but experience carries more weight
