The work
- Broad general liability defense covering premises, bodily injury and related claims across a varied caseload
- Your own caseload, run properly, from pleadings and discovery through depositions and trial
- Direct contact with clients and carriers early, not years down the line
- Hybrid now, with flexibility to shift fully remote for the right person once you've found your footing
- A progression path you can actually see, not one you have to guess at
Who I'm looking for
- 2 to 8 years of civil litigation experience, defense side preferred
- Admitted to The Florida Bar
- Comfortable running a deposition without a partner in the room
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
