More companies are choosing Nevada as their legal home, and every one of them needs a corporate lawyer who knows the state's rules properly. This Las Vegas firm is building its team to meet that demand.
The practice advises Nevada entities, privately held businesses and investors on deals, governance and growth. Clients include hospitality, real estate and technology companies, and the team is small enough that you'll work directly with owners and decision makers.
The work
- Mergers, acquisitions and business sales
- Entity formation, reincorporation and Nevada corporate governance
- Private financings and investment transactions
- Commercial agreements and joint ventures
- Ongoing advice to owners and boards
What I'm looking for
- Admission to the State Bar of Nevada, or eligibility to sit for it soon
- 3 to 8 years of corporate or transactional experience
- A practical approach and the confidence to advise clients directly

How the role scales
