What you'll be doing
- Preparing federal and state returns for individuals and privately owned businesses
- Working with partnerships, S corps, C corps and other entities, depending on experience
- Organizing client information, spotting what's missing, and asking the right questions to keep things moving
- Talking directly with clients to gather information and resolve routine tax issues
- Supporting senior team members on more complex engagements and planning work
Who fits well here
- Already a Tax Preparer or Tax Staff in public accounting, or earlier in your career with enough hands on experience to work fairly independently
- Comfortable with individual and business returns, and busy season deadlines don't rattle you
