Compensation: $150,000–$210,000 DOE Performance Bonus
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join its growing Greensboro office. This is a unique opportunity for a driven litigator to handle sophisticated commercial disputes within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment while playing a key role in the continued expansion of the firm's Greensboro presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty claims, and business torts
• Manage cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
• Appear in North Carolina state and federal courts, including Business Court matters when applicable
• Work directly with clients on litigation strategy and business-focused solutions
Ideal Background:
• 3 years of business or commercial litigation experience
• North Carolina Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
• Experience in NC Business Court and/or Federal Court preferred
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
