Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties under the guidance of senior agents
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
- Research and analyze market trends to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
- Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to develop industry knowledge and sales skills
- Utilize company CRM and marketing tools to manage client information and promote listings effectively
- Valid real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes
- Basic understanding of real estate market trends and property values
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required

Salary : $50,000 - $90,000
