Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs
- Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve favorable terms for clients
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Prepare and present detailed market analyses and property reports to clients
