Starting in real estate is a lot easier when you have clients to talk to, experienced people to learn from, and a system to follow.
We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to learn the real estate business while gaining hands-on experience working with buyers and sellers.
Leads are provided, giving you opportunities to practice your follow-up, develop client relationships, show properties, and learn how to move a transaction from the initial conversation through closing.
You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing mentorship from experienced professionals. You’ll also learn proven systems designed to help you improve your sales skills, become more confident working with clients, and understand the daily activities required to build a productive real estate business.
No previous real estate experience is required. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable working with people, and willing to consistently work toward building their career.
Applicants may already have a real estate license or currently be working toward obtaining one.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000
This is a commission-based opportunity, with income based on individual activity, production, and results.
