Are you passionate about working with young children and helping them grow during their most important developmental years? We are looking for a dedicated and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team!
In this role, you will work alongside an assistant teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment for children ages 12–24 months. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping little learners build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families through daily parent communication
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, supportive group setting
- Manage daily routines including diapering, meals, and nap times
- Accurately chart and record children’s daily activities and development
- Work collaboratively with your assistant teacher and team
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in early childhood education is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
