Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ogden, UT, for a Lead Toddler Teacher. The Lead Toddler Teacher will be responsible for following and implementing our age-appropriate curriculum, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting the social, emotional, and educational growth of toddlers. The role also involves supervising classroom activities, maintaining a positive and stimulating atmosphere, and collaborating with parents and other staff members to ensure children's needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Teaching and training abilities to effectively support and mentor young learners
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff in a positive and professional manner
- Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education
- Relevant certifications or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields
- Experience as a teacher or educator in a preschool or early education setting is a plus
