Duties

- Deliver child development instruction tailored to individual needs, including special education considerations and early intervention strategies.

- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental progress and inform instruction.
- Ensure safety by adhering to mandated reporting laws, maintaining first aid and CPR certifications, and following child welfare protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, classroom activities, and school-wide initiatives to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention practices, and special education needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as first aid and CPR; additional qualifications in early childhood education or Montessori teaching are a plus.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures, behavior management techniques, and physical education activities for young children.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners while maintaining a lively and motivating classroom atmosphere.
