Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager - Front Counter to join our team at our new Honolulu and Honolulu Airport locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring outstanding customer service, managing front-counter operations, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide expert recommendations on tires, wheels, and automotive services.
• Sales & Upselling: Drive sales through consultative selling, promoting products, services, and special offers to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Front Counter Operations: Manage daily front-counter activities, including processing transactions, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the service team.
• Team Support: Assist the Service Manager in training and motivating front-counter staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain an attractive and organized front-counter display.
• Customer Follow-Up: Build lasting relationships by following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or automotive retail; prior experience in a tire or automotive shop is a plus.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a knack for upselling and closing deals.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, Microsoft Office).

• Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive or sales are a plus.

• Base Salary: Up to $80,000 annually, based on experience.
• Commissions: Lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential – top performers can earn an additional $20,000 annually!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
