Responsibilities
- Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety
- Conduct routine oil changes and replace automotive fluids such as coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid to maintain vehicle health
- Assist with wheel alignments to improve vehicle stability and tire longevity
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble and reassemble components during maintenance procedures
- Diagnose basic mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics equipment and communicate findings clearly
- Support automotive repair tasks by replacing filters, belts, batteries, and other essential parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during all service activities
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment for maintenance tasks
- Knowledge of automotive fluid replacement procedures including oil changes and fluid top-offs
- Ability to lift heavy tires and vehicle components safely during service procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting clients
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance practices such as tire service, alignment, and general repair tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
