What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube Technician position at Landrum Lube Inc?
We are currently seeking a Lube Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will change oil and help check fluids, tires, and filters. We have a stable, efficient team to train and assist for the positions available.
We are located in Landrum, SC.
Hours for the position are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00 am - 3:00 pm on Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Change Oil and Filters on automotive vehicles and light trucks.
- Help perform light inspections of the vehicle for oil-related and fluid leak issues.
- Work well with team employees.
Qualifications:
- Minimal experience of automotive systems required. We will train as needed from this point.
- Experience with hand tools such as Metric and Fractional wrenches.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willing to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age. No upper limit.
- Physical ability to work under a vehicle and willing to handle some hard-to-reach areas.
- Detail-oriented.
