What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Sales Associate position at Discount Appliances?
Discount Appliances is opening a new store in Colonial Heights, we are looking for motivated, responsible and bilingual (English-Spanish) Sales Associate to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping customers, can communicate clearly and has experience in retail.

Duties
- Greet customers and assist them with selecting appliances.
- Move and load appliances using a dolly (training provided)
- Process sales transactions, swiping cards and completing paperwork.
- Keep the showroom clean and organized (sweeping, wiping appliances, and occasional restroom cleaning).
- Help receive delivery and organize inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, friendly attitude.
- Support general store operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) required
- Ability to safely move heavy appliances with a dolly
- Reliable, responsible and looking for a stable long-term job
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Retail or sales experiences is a plus but not required
- Availability to work weekends
