Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team at our location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships,
and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist customers in selecting appliances that best meet their needs
- Build strong customer relationships through active listening and effective communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom
- Develop and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Expected Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000 per year (based on performance)
- $1,000 signing bonus (see store for details)
- Full-time (approximately 5 days per week)
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales experience preferred (appliances or big-ticket retail a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
