Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals across various channels, including outside sales and retail environments
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company objectives
- Conduct negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively
- Oversee sales administration tasks such as tracking performance metrics, managing customer databases, and preparing reports
- Coordinate marketing efforts to generate leads and increase brand awareness in target markets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement
- Support benefits administration by explaining product offerings and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA where applicable
- Engage in telemarketing activities to reach prospective clients and expand the customer base
- Foster a bilingual or multilingual environment to serve diverse client needs effectively
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in sales administration, analysis skills, and marketing strategies
- Experience working within customer service environments with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is preferred for roles involving health-related products or services
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and benefits administration processes is advantageous
